The company is placed by the ministry of planning and developed the fifth degree of construction works and third degree of electrical and mechanical works. Enrolled to the chamber of commerce federation and to Baghdad chamber of commerce and earn the premier league ID. Has Started its activities with the capital of 3,500,000 ID and then gradually increased to its capital 203,000,000 ID, then 1,500,000,000 ID and finally to its capital 3,000,000,000 ID.

Since 2006 and the company is working hard to maintain high standards and fast production. ABC has developed gradually and has got involved in different of works category compromises civil, mechanical (Welding & Fabricating), electrical & instruments in all around Iraq territory starts from Oilfields and ends at residence unit in side cities.
